• Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International: 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the package.

5. Tracking Information:

6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses:

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery.

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged package and items to help us resolve the issue promptly.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

• After 24 hours, modifications and cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
